Fried Indomie Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Indomie Noodles (any flavor)
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 1 small red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 small green bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Instructions:
- Boil the Indomie noodles for about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions, red and green bell peppers, and minced garlic. Stir fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add the boiled noodles to the pan and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Drizzle the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the noodles. Continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
